About Lovely Day MFR
Lovely Day Myofascial Release was established in April of 2024. The birth of this business was inspired by the idea that John Barnes’ approach to myofascial release is the missing piece in healthcare and the people in our area (Hernando and Pasco Counties and beyond) deserve to have access to this life changing therapy without having to drive hours to find it.
Massage therapy is wonderful and while we do offer this service, many people need more than this to counteract chronic pain and poor posture from years of stress, trauma, and injuries. We here at Lovely Day MFR, would like to offer this solution.
Myofascial Release is slow, gentle bodywork that treats the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms, resulting in pain relief that LASTS. You deserve to feel your best. You can have a life of freedom from pain. What could be possible for you if you did? What are you missing out on because of limited mobility or pain? It’s not necessary to accept your current state of being. There is hope– even if you've tried other therapies without success and even if you've been told it's all in your head.
These are some of the thoughts that drive my vision at Lovely Day Myofascial release. We are here to guide and support you on your journey. We can help. All you need to do is take the first step.

My Approach to Healing: What makes Lovely Day MFR different?
Healing is not just about treating pain—it’s about restoring your connection to your body, so you can move freely and live fully. Unlike traditional massage or chiropractic care, Myofascial Release works with gentle, sustained pressure to release restrictions deep within the fascia, providing results that last instead of temporary relief.
At Lovely Day MFR, I take a personalized, whole-body approach to your care:
Comprehensive & Intuitive: Each session is tailored to your needs—no one-size-fits-all treatments.
Education-Driven Healing: I don’t just treat; I teach you about your fascia and how to maintain long-term relief.
A Supportive, Healing Environment: Pain can feel isolating. I provide a space where you are heard, supported, and empowered in your journey to wellness.
Many of my clients describe their experience here as life-changing—not just because they feel better, but because they finally understand their body in a new way.
