Cancellations made within 24 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to 50% of the service booked. Cancellations made within 2 hours and up unto the appointment time booked are considered a “no show" will be subject to 100% of the service booked.

Please do your best to arrive on time to your scheduled appointment to get the full benefit of your therapy. It is our goal to provide the best service possible to you and all of our clients. With respect to that, if you arrive 20 or more minutes late it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy above. If you are running late you may call 352-293-4511 to inform us of your delay as soon as possible. All appointments will end at their scheduled time whether or not they started on time.
